About the Program
The B.Com. – Honours (Integrated with CMA) is a bachelor degree program in commerce. The main objective of the program is to cater to commerce aspirants who desire to build their professional competence on a higher plateau with specialised knowledge in the field of Business and Commerce. The program is duly developed to facilitate students with the knowledge of Commerce by offering in-depth exposure to the ever-changing environment in global business. By touching upon all topics within Commerce, we strive to equip our students with the necessary skill-sets and knowledge to transform into dynamic professionals prepared to work in any business environment and pursue an academic career of their interest. Our rigorous curriculum, facilitated by eminent faculty ensures that our students acquire knowledge of quantitative techniques as well as gain a thorough understanding of the episteme. Graduates of this degree will be able to demonstrate their skills in Accounting, Auditing, Banking E-commerce, Insurance, Finance, Retail and Logistics Management, International Human Resources Management and Market Research. The Curricular and Extracurricular activities are designed in a way to ensure that the students receive a holistic understanding through the curriculum.
Please note that the department also plans to offer Dual Specialization for the final year students.

The Department of Commerce envisions imparting holistic education to women as individuals to empower them to take up responsible positions in life.
The programmes aim to mould the character, leadership qualities, ethical values and social responsibility among commerce students while also imparting skills required for integrating into the society and acting as change agents.
Mission
Through the program, we strive to inculcate Empathy, Emotional Stability and Financial Independence in our students apart from gaining a grasp over the episteme of Commerce in Honours.

Eligibility
- Each course in each semester shall be taken as a unit for the purpose of calculating attendance.
- A student shall be considered to have satisfied the requirement of attendance for the respective course in each semester, if she has a minimum of 75% attendance in each of the course, failing which the student will not be allowed to take up the End Semester Examination
Duration of the Program
The course of study for B.Com. Honours shall extend over a period of three academic years consisting of six semesters.
Medium of Instruction
The medium of Instruction and Examination shall be in English.
Dress Code
The students are expected to conform to the dress code specified by the college management. B.Com. Honours(Integrated with CMA) students have to wear a Blazer every day and must be in their formal uniform for all formal occasions and/or whenever they represent the College. Students are also expected to carry their Identity Cards at all times.
