Design Thinking Workshop as a part of Brand Bangalore Hackathon-2023

The event, hosted in collaboration with the Economics Association (Artha), showcased students’ entrepreneurial prowess. On July 27, 2023, Dr. P. Bavithra Matharasi conducted a design thinking workshop, fostering skills for budding entrepreneurs and practical issue-solving. Our judges for the event Ms. Supriya Panchangam and Ms. Mythri Kumar emphasised sustainability. The event garnered 117 student responses, addressing diverse issues. Sixty participants, including a first year team, excelled and advanced to the India.

“Skill development orientation programme by FAD, IDM and Home Science”

Skill development orientation programme was organised for FAD, IDM and Home science final year students on 10th Feb 2021 in which Ms. Darshana, Founder, Diti Designs, explained the course details and also how students can use their skills and to start their own venture and become successful in their business. The objective of the course is to,

“A Student Survey – Innovation Quotient”

A Student Survey – Innovation Quotient was conducted to identify the students with innovative business ideas and those who have already started their venture and thereby to help them to take their venture forward through the incubation centre. the 676 students responded – around 10% of students strength participated in the survey.
