Carmel Incubator Foundation
Overview
Carmel Incubator Foundation is designed to accelerate the growth and success of budding entrepreneurs through an array of business support resources and services that could include physical space, capital, coaching, common services, and networking connections.
It is a unique and highly flexible combination of business development processes, infrastructure and people, designed to nurture new and small businesses by helping them to survive and grow through the difficult and vulnerable early stages of development. The Incubation Centre aims to help the students of the college build a business by providing them with Management Training, Business Plans and prototypes to successfully venture into an enterprise.

To have a growing and sustainable incubation centre that economically and socially empowers students, faculty, and society through innovative business enterprises that foster employment and wealth creation.
Mission
- To create entrepreneurship opportunities by promoting employment and wealth creation for all aspiring entrepreneurs.
- To provide market support and linkages locally and abroad with industry experts.
- To facilitate capacity building through skill development programs and mentorship.
- To furnish resources and infrastructure to create enabling environment for startups.
- To develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and success of entrepreneurship initiatives.
Objectives
- Offer comprehensive training programs covering various aspects of entrepreneurship, including ideation, business planning, market research, and financial management.
- Provide access to resources such as online courses, entrepreneurial libraries, and mentorship networks to enhance entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
- Create an environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and innovation.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and idea exchange to foster innovative thinking among students.
- Promote values such as integrity, honesty, and empathy to cultivate ethical leadership qualities among aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Provide incubation support, funding opportunities, and access to mentorship for students to launch and grow their ventures.
- Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders, investors, and accelerators to facilitate the growth of student-led ventures.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and success of entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gather feedback from participants and stakeholders and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Establish a network of alumni, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry partners to provide ongoing support and opportunities for students.
- Create sustainability-focused initiatives and programs to encourage environmentally responsible entrepreneurship practices.

Applications are invited from both faculty and student for the Incubation Programme and the Pre-incubation Programme at the Incubation Centre, Mount Carmel College.
