Program Description

The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is a public university and is one of 13 universities belonging to the prestigious University of Wisconsin system. Founded in 1874, UWRFis a leader in exemplary teaching, research and sustainability. UWRF’s mission is to help prepare students to be productive, creative, ethical, engaged citizen and leaders with an informed global prospective.

The University of Wisconsin River Falls is in scenic western Wisconsin on 226 acres of rolling river land just 30 miles from the heart of the Twin Cities. Its location combines the best of small town life and the advantages of a safe, beautiful campus with proximity to downtown Minneapolis-St. Paul.

The Minneapolis–Saint Paul area is home to robust and diverse economy which houses 18 of Minnesota's 19 Fortune 500 headquarters namely, 3M, UnitedHealth Group, Target, Best Buy, Polaris. The Twin Cities’ economy is the 13th largest in the U.S. and ranks second in the Midwest. The Minneapolis-St. Paul area also ranks as the fourth-biggest U.S. banking center, based on total assets of banks headquartered in the metro area, ranking behind New York, San Francisco, and Charlotte, N.C. metropolitan areas.

  • An innovative schedule with 12 months in India and 12 months in UWRF that permits full-time students to earn an AACSB International accredited MBA degree.

  • This program offers to earn two Degrees – PGDBA from Mount Carmel College – Autonomous and MBA from University of Wisconsin – River Falls, USA, through credit transfer facility.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded two degrees.

  • A curriculum that combines business theory with hands-on application culminating in the Practicum, a collaboration with businesses located in the thriving St. Croix Valley to address real-world business challenges and design solutions.

The admission decision is based on an evaluation of all application materials submitted by the student.All previous academic records & current resume. A minimum Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) score of 500 or Management Aptitude Test (MAT) score of 550 is mandatory & IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL score of 80 is mandatory.

The applicant should have successfully completed an Under Graduate degree with a minimum of 50%. Students with work experience given added weightage.

Fee Structure & Scholarships.

  • The tuition fees for the program is ₹14, 80,000/-
  • UWRF offers scholarships for which you can apply annually. The scholarships are funded by the UWRF Foundation through contributions from alumni, faculty and staff, friends, parents, campus organizations, and corporations. Over 550 scholarships totaling more than $750,000 are typically awarded.
