Today, diseases have stopped showing affinity towards elderly alone, it is wreaking the young equally - all thanks to the unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits of the new generation. Today’s generation are facing more problems owing to Lifestyle Disorders. These disorders are attributable to day-to-day habits (routine) of the individual. Habits that minimize physical activities and lead to a sedentary lifestyle.
The modern-day lifestyle disorders such as sleeplessness, stress related issues, migraine, unhealthy skin, and hair are becoming common in the society. People prefer alternative treatments for ailments to avoid side effects of allopathy medicines. Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Siddha and Bach therapy are commonly available alternative treatments for the above-mentioned lifestyle issues. Application of medicated oils, herbal pastes and powders is a challenging task as they soil the garments and is very inconvenient to carry out regular work. Therefore, would like to provide wearable textiles as solutions in this project proposal to find a permanent solution to these medicinal applications.
Products/Services: Soap strip is one of our products. They are handy strips and very easy to carry and store. Slide it into your pocket or in your purse. It is hard on germs and soft on your hands.

Description: Twacha is a bio degradable Sanitary Pad which is made of harmful polymer free, unbleached materials including bioplastic. On incineration Twacha does not release carcinogens and if disposed does not lead to landfills Manufactures ecofriendly harmful polymer free sanitary napkin. Twacha is made affordable compared to the other organic napkins. Longer shelf life and availability in brick and mortar facilitates more sale of organic napkin due to the taboo behind buying menstrual devices online.
Idea got selected in IIC Innovation Contest 2020 and received a grant of Rs. 4,10,000/ under the scheme of Grant Support to Innovations by MHRD’s IIC. For the Innovation titled 'TWACHA (Organic, harmful polymer free Sanitary Napkin) Student Vaishnavi Anand won an award for her start-up at the regional meet organized by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell and AICTE on August 16th, 2022, at REVA University, Bengaluru.
