Eligibility Criteria for admission

Under Graduate Program

Any Science Student with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in 12th /PUC course.

Post Graduate Program

A student is eligible to the admission to the M.Sc. course provided she has passed the B.Sc. examination with an aggregate of 50% minimum either with Electronics as the principal subject or with a subsidiary / interdisciplinary / applied / allied subjects.

Scope of the course

Undergraduate Program

  • The students would have been well equipped with the skills with which they can enter into any software/hardware companies.
  • Students are encouraged to pursue their higher studies.

Postgraduate Program

  • The students would have been well equipped with the skills with which they can enter into any software/hardware companies related to biomedical
  • instrumentation, VLSI, Nanoelectronics, Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Optical fiber Communication etc.,
  • Students can enter into teaching field as lecturers in PU and Undergraduate Colleges.
  • Students can involve in research activities in the department leading to a Ph.D program as the department is recognized as research center under IGNOU.
